P.E. Xtreme is designed to meet the specific needs of home schools and charter schools. Many parents do not have the knowledge or experience to implement a P.E program of their own. sports is an alternative. However, depending on the sport your child may or may not excel at it. P.E. XTREME is the answer.

P.E. Xtreme uses games to diguise physical conditiong. Kids play dodgeball, have relay races, tug of war, and many other fun and crazy games designed to get your children in shape.

The key ingredient in P.E. Xtreme is fun. Kids work twice as hard if it is fun. Our well trained staff of instructors are certified in the art and science of Funology!

KidSafe by Sept. 25th

Premier Kidz teaches real life personal protection and safety skills to children and teens.  Empowering children with these skills is the key to preventing them from becoming victims of sexual exploitation and abduction. 

Personal protection skills need to be taught through out a child's life time.  We cannot expect our children to know how to respond when confronted with a threatening situation if they have not been taught personal protection. KidSafe is the active learning of personal protection skills which will become life long habits. 

Premier Kidz incorporates using these skills to better manage peer pressure, bullying, internet safety, and recognizing lures and tactics used by child predators. 

Premier Kidz introduces KidSafe: Anti-Abduction Course.  This is a four week course covering the most common lures and tactics used by child predators.  Each week covers a different concept, tactic, and technique.  Let us arm your child with the skills neccessary to safely avoid or escape dangerous situations

P.E. Xtreme is a fitness program designed with homeschoolers in mind.  It disguises fitness and exercise with fun outrageous games and obstacle courses.
